Taylors have
advised Home care provider
Willowbrook on the acquisition of
fellow Lancashire business Caring
Hands 2 You.The
Oswaldtwistle-based company, set up
by Elaine Brady in 2000, will now
take on the customers and 16 staff
of Caring Hands 2 You. It is the
business' third acquisition in the
past decade.
Brady said: "The team at Caring
Hands 2 You are well-suited to
Willowbrook as they follow the same
ethos of offering enough support so
customers retain their confidence
and zest for life, while also
encouraging them to take as much
control of themselves as possible."
Willowbrook now employs more than
200 carers who provide personalised
care to elderly and people with
physical and mental disabilities
across Hyndburn, the Ribble Valley,
Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale and
Fylde and Wyre. |
