Leading north west law firm Taylors have advised on an acquisition for a pan-European firm. Acting on behalf of PPC Solutions, they acquired the business of PPC Supplies Limited from administrators RSM Robson Rhodes LLP for a consideration of £700,000.

PPC Solutions Limited is a subsidiary of Andrew Industries Limited and the business imports and distributes photocopier and laser printing components operating from sites in London, Massy in France and Tonisvorst in Germany.

The director of Andrew Industries Limited responsible for overseeing the transaction was Ian Kenyon who, when speaking of the deal, said “working with Taylors has been a great pleasure and we have been delighted with their no nonsense approach.
