Leading commercial law firm Taylors have advised the shareholders of Go Gas Limited in the acquisition of the business of Rekri8 Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Go Gas, a Stockport-based business who are a subsidiary of Swiss Cutlery (UK) Limited, have built a strong reputation for the supply of high quality camping stoves, blow torches and bottled gas to the DIY and leisure industries.

Partner Andrew Livesey, who led the acquisition team for Taylors, said “We continue to provide specialist support in corporate transactions such as this to businesses across the region. We are delighted that our expertise in deals of this nature has allowed us to have acted for a forward thinking company such as Go Gas.”
