Diversity
The firm is made up of both male and female staff of differing ages and ethnic backgrounds. The social/economic background of staff is varied with some having attended state school and some having attended independent/fee paying schools. Of the staff that have been to university some are part of the first generation of their family to do so and some members of staff are primary carers for children under 18.
